AUSÊNCIA OU SOBRECARGA DE INFORMAÇÃO: EIS A QUESTÃO!

Resumo


Denominado de revisão bibliográfica, este estudo de características qualitativas, objetiva buscar explicações para a ausência e sobrecarga de informações que pode prejudicar a gestão da companhia.Para tanto, foram consideradas para análise as publicações específicas disponibilizadas em base de dados especializados ocorridas no período de 1963 a 2016. Como resultado, o estudo mostra que aempresa deve lançar mão da inteligência competitiva enquanto modo de pensar e agir, com a intenção de desenvolver tanto interna quanto externamente a capacidade dos indivíduos para tratar a informação e praticar uma seleção que atenda àssuas conveniências.
